MOFAS Resource Directory

The Resource Directory is a searchable database of FASD-friendly professionals and programs in Minnesota. This tool uses Google Maps to narrow your search and make it easier to find service providers close to home.

Here’s how to get started:
  • Choose the type of service you are looking for from the tabs: Education, Social Services, Health Care or Family & Community.
  • To refine your search, choose a sub-category from the drop-down menu for more specific services or enter your zip code to sort the results by distance.
  • When you find a provider you want to know more about, you can click on the agency’s name to be linked to their website, or follow one of the links to email them directly or get directions. The interactive map will show you where each agency is located.
