Become a MOFAS Corporate Partner

MOFAS is committed to building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with civic organizations and companies across Minnesota.  From community educational programs to corporate sponsorships, these partnerships help raise public awareness about the dangers of drinking during pregnancy and help prevent Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders such as FAS.

To become a Corporate Partner

MOFAS is experienced in developing customized, cause marketing programs that align with marketing and philanthropic goals to position companies as good corporate citizens and leaders in maternal health.  These programs have the strength to promote a positive corporate image, build employee morale and engage consumers in a cause that is associated with one of the state's most recognized and highly credible source of information on Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders.

The Minnesota Organization on Fetal Alcohol Syndrome is partnering with OptumHealth in 2009 to host Pregnant Pause in the Twin Cities metro area.  The event is designed to educate women about healthy pregnancies and create awarness about Fetal Alcohol Syndrome.  In addition to providing expectant mothers with valuable information about staying healthy during pregnancy, Pregnant Pause features a non-alcohol drink contest and prizes - including strollers, cribs and highchairs - as well as other activities throughout the evening.   "Pregnant Pause is an excellent opportunity for OptumHealth to help MOFAS spread the message of the dangers of drinking alcohol during pregnancy," said Dr. Gail Croall of OptumHealth.  "Our Healthy Pregnancy Program is designed to give expectant moms the information they need to make the nine months of their pregnancies the healthiest they can be."
