Calling All Caregivers!
Did you know there is a safe, friendly and non-judgmental place for caregivers of children with an FASD? Join the online, closed Facebook group MOFAS Virtual Family Center (VFC) today. Find the support you need, when and where you need it.
The VFC is specifically by caregivers, just for caregivers. You can connect with other caregivers as well as with your local Family Resource Coordinator (FRC). Each FRC has their own FASD story and journey, and knows many of the challenges that you may be facing. The goal of the FRCs is to reach out to families in their region of Minnesota, and provide encouragement, support, social and educational activities, and help be the voice for the FASD community on public policy matters.
MOFAS understands that the challenges facing families raising children with an FASD can be intense, and at times overwhelming. Connecting with others who understand is critical. MOFAS invites you to join the FRCs and other caregivers online by requesting to join the group today.
