Family Pathways

Family Pathways offers: Free activities for senior high youth to build social skills and soft transition skills. Teens begin at the end of 8th grade and can stay in the program until age 22 or 23 if on an individualized education program (IEP). Peer mentors, who are volunteers that attend the 2 activities per month.
