MOFAS Marvelous Mocktails

Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD) cannot be cured, but it can be prevented by not drinking alcohol—including beer, wine, hard liquor, hard ciders, and mixed drinks—during pregnancy during pregnancy. If you’re pregnant or trying to become pregnant and think a drink might have alcohol in it, don’t drink it. The healthiest choice you can make is not to drink any alcohol if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant. Instead, enjoy a refreshing alternative with alcohol-free MOFAS Marvelous Mocktails. Cherry-Tastic Mocktail

Serves 1


  • Ice cubes
  • 8 oz club soda or sparkling water
  • 2 tbsp Grenadine Syrup
  • 1 tsp Lime Syrup
  • Maraschino cherry for garnish


  1. Fill the glass with ice cubes
  2. Pour all the club soda or sparkling water in the glass
  3. Add Grenadine to your taste
  4. Add Lime syrup to your taste
  5. Top off with maraschino cherry

Cranberry Cutie Mocktail

Serves 2


  • 3 oz Sierra Mist Natural
  • 3 oz cranberry Juice
  • Juice from 1 clementine/Cutie orange
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • *optional, cranberry sugar for garnish


  1. In a shaker filled with ice, mix cranberry juice, Cutie juice, and lime juice
  2. Add Sierra Mist Natural and stir
  3. *Optional, wet rim of glass and dip in cranberry sugar for garnish
  4. Pour into two glasses and garnish with a Cutie slice

Tropical Twist Mocktail

Serves 10


  • 1 quart lemonade
  • 1 quart pineapple juice
  • ½ quart lemon lime soda


  1. In a large plastic container, mix 1 quart of lemonade and 1 quart of pineapple juice
  2. Add 1/2 quart lemon lime soda
  3. If you want extra fizz, add some extra lemon lime soda

Peary Good Mocktail

Serves 12


  • 2 cups pear juice
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • liters ginger ale
  • Sliced fresh pear



  1. Pour pear juice into large punch bowl.
  2. Add lemon juice.
  3. Stir in sugar.
  4. Mix in ginger ale and top with fresh sliced pear.



Magnificent Mint Mocktail

Serves 4


  • 1 cucumber
  • Ice cubes
  • 2 sprigs of mint leaves, stems removed
  • 1 lime
  • 1 bottle (33.8 fl oz/1 liter) club soda, seltzer, or water


  1. Slice cucumber length wise in thin slices (optional to use a mandolin)
  2. Cut lime in half
  3. Cut one of the halves into thin slices
  4. Squeeze a few drops of lime juice into the glass
  5. Fill glass with club soda, seltzer or water

St. Paddy’s Punch Mocktail

Serves: 15-20 glasses


  • 1 container -2 quarts Lime Sherbet
  • 1 (46 oz) can Pineapple Juice
  • 1 (2 liter) bottle Ginger Ale


  1. Add pineapple juice to bowl
  2. Add ginger ale
  3. Add scoops of lime sherbet
