College Ambassador Program Grants

college ambassador program

The College Ambassador Program (CAP) is an extension of the MOFAS FASD Prevention Grant that focuses on prevention outreach on college campuses. Through this program, colleges and universities in Minnesota can apply for up to $2,500 to host student events focused on preventing prenatal alcohol exposure. The events educate students on the importance of preconception health and planned pregnancies, increase awareness of the risks associated with drinking alcohol during pregnancy, and encourage safe alcohol choices and alcohol-free pregnancies.

The 2018-2019 College Ambassador Program grant recipients are:

  • Augsburg University
  • Bemidji State University
  • Central Lakes College
  • Inver Hills Community College
  • Ridgewater College
  • St. Cloud State University
